The Rant

I'm having a hard time understanding why the american people would'nt want to have any kind of real change in their leadership like they say they do, it seems to me that the people who are still voting for Hillary Clinton in mass numbers may be doing so because they dont want to vote for a black candidate.The reason i say that is because of the lies that have been told by Hillary so far on the campaign trail, i have been very disturbed by them and i can't bring myself to even hear anything she has to say and i can't understand what other reason the public would have for voting for her either in light of the bold face lies she's told you and i.

I'm talking about the pretend story about coming under sniper fire in Bosnia, i heard her and her supporters say that she misspoke but i can't get my head around how many people obviously believe that. Look people if you tell a story once you may have misspoke but she told the same story 3 or 4 times to her sheep, i mean supporters and they swallowed it up that many times is called lieing. I thought she and the public wanted change, well she's a liar and stands for the same old washington and political bull that makes politicians say what they think the sheep, (public) want to hear. I think it's more than just her flock believing her other lie about misspeaking i think that she knows that there's millions of americans that would rather see a white woman in the white house than a black man who as far as i can tell has been truthfull and sincere up to now.

If the only dirt they can dig up on Barack Obama is something his pastor said then maybe there's something to this guy after all.  I mean this is a presidential election on the line so you have to know that they are trying their hardest to dig up dirt and that's all they can find then why not give him the benefit of the doubt?  Hillary is the one throwing all the dirt and negativity around and she's still behind isn't she?  So what does that say about the people (sheep) backing her and fighting for her so hard? she's a liar and she's been proven a liar on national television so what's the deal?

I think it's racism showing it's ugly head once again, i'm shocked and extremly dissapointed in america, or at least Hillary's core supporters demographic, shame on you all for backing a liar just because she's a white, she will not do anything she says she will she's going to keep looking you in the eye and lying to get herself in the white house and i am amazed that there's those that would take it and still fight for her so hard, why not just call it like it  is and give the man (Barack) a chance to do what he says he will do because so far he seems like the most trustworthy candidate out there and he really needs the support of the people who really want change and not the ones who just preach it but don't really mean it.

Back to my Favorite city in the world Vancouver,BC, i just recently settled out here in Oct. when i came back to Canada, it's my first time here and  i must say it's a beautiful place and i also dont mind the fact that there's barely any snow in the city just the outskirts and mountainous areas.

I wanted to write and rant a bit about a couple instances that happened recently both invoving the Vancouver Police Department (VPD)

First since coming back here i've been pulled over for no reason at least a few dozen times and i've only recieved a ticket once, it's gotten so bad that i've started leaving my car at home and going around with friends. The events im speaking of are as follows:

Last week i was sitting at the side take out window at Tsu Hang chinese restaurant on the corner of Davie & Granville and i was waiting for my food to be prepared and while i was waiting i watched a silver unmarked police car pull into the back of the restaurant from granville st. and one of the officers got out and went into the back door of the restaurant, after about 5 mins. he came back out with what i can only think is a large bag that was wrapped in a large black garbage type of bag and put it into the trunk of the car and then the  two officers left down the alleyway. Now this may seem innocent to some but not to me at 3:30 in the morning, it looked very suspicious to me and further fueled my fear and dislike of the police in this great city.

the next one got me pretty pissed the other day while i was leaving my friends place and about to get into my car (corvette) a police car pulled up behind me like he was waiting for me to come out and see who the owner was, so after a few questions:

who's vehicle is this?
who's the registered owner?
what do i do for a living?
where was i coming from?
where am i going?
what's my address?
and what club do i dance at?

they had me standing on the side of the road while another police car came and then they started to search my vehicle while the two officers that were watching me so i dont run i guess spent the time my car was being searched trying to make small talk and pick me up.

After about 30 mins. they told me that the reason they pulled me over was my car, hmmm, that's about the 12th time i've been told that since i came back to Canada i guess that's what they constitute as a reason for pulling people over and searching vehicles for no reason at all and then just letting you go once their done. Is it still a mystery why most of the population loathes the police? how can you just give any morons a a gun and a badge? I told them this isnt China, how can you search my car and detain me for no reason? reply, "We don't need a reason to pull over and search any vehicle"  now i took him at his word but i can't and refuse to believe that that's the way they are supposed to do things, i know it's a crazy city with lots of insane gangs and things but im a girl out by myself and this isn't an isolated incident or i would'nt rant about it.

It is the policy of the Vancouver Police Department to pull over (nice) cars as they put it whenever they see fit.

does anyone see  a problem with this?

who's the Chief of Police? i'd have to say since i've been in Vancouver he gets a major failing grade from this citizen.

I'm really hoping Barack Obama wins the Democratic Nomination and then the Presidency and it hasn't even been hard for me to make the choice between candidates as some would expect with a potential for a couple Firsts for the United States; first woman and first black and i guess i'm supposed to vote for Hillary since im white and a woman but to me she's way to seasoned a politician and i for one can't stand politicians one bit, they make me sick to see them or hear them which is why i gag when hearing a speech by Hillary.

John Edwards is way to pretty and rich for me and he seems way to religified for my taste, (i like the separation of church and government) let's keep it that way is what i say.

Barack Obama may be a liar like all politicians but he's relatively unknown and so when i hear him i don't gag or puke in my throat and want to turn the tv channel (yet) I mean im not like most and i don't believe everything he says but it sounds good and coming from someone that's not like the other candidates that's quite refreshing and i believe why he's beating up Hillary at every turn.

And i don't put any stock into him not having experience, i mean how can he do worse than what America has had the last 7 years with the Bush administration? Im sure he'll be surrounded by just as many political advisors as all the other presidents so i think there'll be nothing more to worry about than the same old gripes that people always have after they put some lieing fool in the White House and then wonder about their decision.

I would bet on Barack Obama at Bodog and win (i just may) big cause there's nothing now that Hillary can do to win the nomination they now are hoping Obama does something to screw up himself or that the press digs up something damaging and believe they are working hard on that as well. He's to charismatic and Hillary is Polarizing and a bit scary (sorry girls).

Barack should put a good hurt on Mcain as well since the republicans can't even come close to matching funds or people turnouts like the democrates it will be a record beating by Obama and the Democratic Party this year.

I almost spent money to buy the large Ipod video that can't even do what this little guy does.
